04/30/08 - Littlejohn Elementary Invites Parents/Residents to Outdoor Celebration on 5/5 at 1:30 P.M.

Littlejohn Elementary School will celebrate Cinco de Mayo with several events on May 5th. At 1:30 p.m., Jose Alfredo Rivera will bring the dance group Ballet Folklorico Imagen Mexicana from Rochelle Township High School to perform outside for all Littlejohn students. Littlejohn ELL students in grades 3-5 will also perform a play on the history of Cinco De Mayo. ELL 2nd graders will be singing a song, and the afternoon Pre-K students will be performing a dance. Parents and community members are invited. Littlejohn Elementary School is located at 1121 School St., DeKalb.
